Open the complaint submission page and fill in your full name, NIC, contact number, category, and complaint details.
Step 2
If needed, upload screenshots, letters, or other files to help explain your complaint clearly.
Step 3
After submitting, the system will generate a unique complaint reference number for you.
Step 4
Go to the tracking page, enter the same 9-digit mobile as on the complaint form (94 is shown as a fixed prefix), complete verification, and view your complaints and their status.
Step 5
If you have questions or need help, contact the support team using the hotline or email details provided.
Step 6
Once a resolution is provided, review the response and confirm when your complaint is fully resolved.
